Luxury Villa in Como Lake, located in a top location of the lake between Menaggio, Bellagio and Varenna, it is a perfect place to visiting the lake’s beauty and at the same time stay in a peaceful location!
Villa Cremia is only 10 km from Menaggio on the hill side of the Lake, from the villa is easy to reach the lake’s beaches walking 500 meters, whilst the groceries are about 800 meters away.
All the possible activities are very close like golf, tennis, sailing, windsurfing and other water sports, this area is also very famous for hiking and mountain bikes climbing the surrounding mountains. A ferry service connects Menaggo, Bellaggio and Varenna as well.
The property has a wonderful and perfectly maintained fenced garden with palms trees, which is about 900 square meters, with a covered patio equipped with table chairs and Barbecue where enjoying al fresco meals with an amazing Lake view and Alps behind it. A wonderful private pool of 5x11 meters with a diving board.

The villa features a private garden front lake with a beautify swimming pool 7x4 mt depth 1.10 mt, the pool can be heated and is open from mid-May until end of September. Pool can also be used during the other months but heat must be paid apart.
Please note that:
A pedestrian path runs along the shore between the lake and the property. For this reason, privacy outside could be limited (especially during July and August). We're not talking thousands. The lakefront has public access. This is not an isolated property.

Villa Letizia can be rented in 2 configurations: the main villa alone, or the main villa together with the Lake Suite, each available at different rates. The Lake Suite cannot be rented independently to other guests if the main villa has already been booked. The minimum stay required is 7 nights, with Saturday as the designated changeover day. Check-in is available from 4pm to 7pm, and check-out is at 9am. A late arrival may be arranged upon request and subject to the approval of the owner. A refundable security deposit of 3,000 Euro is collected in cash upon arrival and returned at departure, less any applicable charges in the event of damage to the property. Electricity and air conditioning are metered and charged accordingly, and heating is available as an additional cost. A cleaning fee applies separately for the main villa and the Lake Suite. Every bedroom throughout the villa and the Lake Suite is equipped with air conditioning and a smart TV, ensuring individual comfort in each room. The included services cover housekeeping for 2 hours daily, bed linen changed every 3 nights, bath linen changed every 3 nights, pool towels changed as needed, and spa towels changed as needed. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed with a basket of local products, along with 12 bottles of still water and 12 bottles of sparkling water provided on a weekly basis. The villa is also stocked with Etro amenities, bathrobes, and pool and spa towels. Additional included features encompass a gym equipped with 6 Kettler machines, a hot tub with chromotherapy, an audio multi-room system throughout the villa, the garden, and the pool area, and a WMC System in the Lake Suite. The local tourist tax is included in the rental price. Upon request, 2 baby beds and 2 highchairs are available for families traveling with young children.
