All the possible activities are very close like golf, tennis, sailing, windsurfing and other water sports, this area is also very famous for hiking and mountain bikes climbing the surrounding mountains. A ferry service connects Menaggo, Bellaggio and Varenna as well.

Villa Letizia can be rented in 2 configurations: the main villa alone, or the main villa together with the Lake Suite, each available at different rates. The Lake Suite cannot be rented independently to other guests if the main villa has already been booked. The minimum stay required is 7 nights, with Saturday as the designated changeover day. Check-in is available from 4pm to 7pm, and check-out is at 9am. A late arrival may be arranged upon request and subject to the approval of the owner. A refundable security deposit of 3,000 Euro is collected in cash upon arrival and returned at departure, less any applicable charges in the event of damage to the property. Electricity and air conditioning are metered and charged accordingly, and heating is available as an additional cost. A cleaning fee applies separately for the main villa and the Lake Suite. Every bedroom throughout the villa and the Lake Suite is equipped with air conditioning and a smart TV, ensuring individual comfort in each room. The included services cover housekeeping for 2 hours daily, bed linen changed every 3 nights, bath linen changed every 3 nights, pool towels changed as needed, and spa towels changed as needed. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed with a basket of local products, along with 12 bottles of still water and 12 bottles of sparkling water provided on a weekly basis. The villa is also stocked with Etro amenities, bathrobes, and pool and spa towels.
