The property is finely appointed throughout, featuring traditional cotto flooring on the ground floor and warm parquet on the first floor, all complemented by a modern and elegant furnishing style. Every window in the villa has been fitted with soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful and serene atmosphere within the interiors. The ground floor welcomes guests with a large and bright living room complete with sofas and armchairs, a satellite TV, DVD and CD player, as well as a second sitting room housing a wonderful working piano, a space that offers an enchanting setting for music lovers to play while admiring the lake shore. A spacious dining room accommodates up to 18 guests at its grand table, while the fully equipped kitchen features 2 ovens, a fridge with freezer, 2 dishwashers, and a range of additional appliances. A staff room with a private bathroom is located at the back of the kitchen. Also on the ground floor is the first double bedroom with its own private bathroom, designed to be accessible for guests with motor disabilities. On the first floor, guests will find an additional sitting area with a terrace overlooking the lake, along with 5 double bedrooms, 3 of which open directly onto private terraces with stunning lake views, while the remaining 2, though without terraces, offer views over the lake and garden respectively. All bedrooms can be configured as either double or twin upon request, and each is equipped with its own private bathroom featuring either a shower or a bathtub. The garden and pool are maintained on a regular basis as part of the services provided with the property. Guests are invited to enjoy the outdoor terraces accessible from several of the first-floor bedrooms, each offering remarkable views over the lake and its surrounding landscape. The sitting area on the first floor also opens onto a terrace that looks directly out over the water, providing an ideal spot for relaxation at any time of day. Other Information

Villa Angela operates with a minimum stay of 1 week, with Saturday as the designated changeover day. Check-in is available from 4pm to 7pm, and checkout is required by 10am. A fully refundable security deposit of Euro 1,000.00 is collected upon arrival and returned at the time of departure, subject to any deductions in the event of damage to the property. The rental rate includes a comprehensive range of services designed to ensure a seamless and luxurious stay. A dedicated Guest Relations team is available throughout the duration of the stay, and the in-house concierge is on hand to organize highly personalized, one-of-a-kind experiences tailored to each guest. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed with a drink and fresh flowers, as well as a buffet Welcome Dinner provided on the first evening. Daily cleaning service is provided from Monday to Saturday, along with a daily change of towels, with the exception of Sundays, and bed linen is changed twice per week. A final cleaning service is included at the end of the stay. Bath products, which are not tested on animals, are provided for all guests. The normal use of water, electricity, air conditioning, heating, and cooking gas is included in the rate. Garden and pool maintenance is carried out regularly as part of the included services. Pets are welcome at Villa Angela at no extra charge.

Please note that having a car is considered necessary when exploring this region.
