Please note that due to the multi-level structure of the property, the villa is not recommended for guests with walking difficulties.

At garden level, a bright and spacious living room with French doors opens directly onto the garden, offering breathtaking views of the lake. This welcoming space features elegant sofas, a satellite television, and a dedicated dining area complete with table and chairs. The fully equipped kitchen on this level includes a dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, refrigerator, and further appliances to meet all culinary needs. Several additional costs are payable on site and are not included in the rental price. Pets are welcome at a surcharge of 8.00 Euro per night. A final cleaning fee of 400 Euros applies. Heating is metered and charged at 1.5 Euro per litre of gasoline. Should a baby bed be required beyond the maximum guest capacity, this is available at a cost of 35 Euros per week.
