The villa features 5 double bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning, and 6 bathrooms, making it an ideal retreat for larger groups seeking both comfort and privacy.

On the ground floor, the expansive living area invites relaxation with 4 plush sofas, a DVD player, a dedicated internet corner with WiFi, and a stereo system. Floor-to-ceiling windows on the lake-facing wall open onto a vast panoramic terrace of 400 square meters, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. This level also includes a fully equipped kitchen, a grand dining room with a table that comfortably seats 16 guests, and a cozy playroom for children. The ground floor further comprises 2 half-bathrooms and 1 fully accessible bathroom with a walk-in shower, designed to meet the needs of guests with mobility requirements.

On the first floor, 5 air-conditioned double bedrooms are each appointed with an en-suite bathroom, ensuring a high degree of comfort and privacy for every guest. Upon request and at an additional cost, the villa can offer supplementary sleeping arrangements, including 1 twin bedroom and 1 single bedroom. It should be noted that the single bedroom is simply furnished. Additionally, 2 of the double bedrooms have adjoining single rooms, available upon request, though these are not air-conditioned.

The nearest golf course, tennis court, and equestrian club are located 10 km away in Menaggio.

In terms of distances by car, Villa Carlotta in Tremezzo is approximately 20 minutes away, while Varenna and Bellagio can be reached in 15 minutes by car plus 15 minutes by ferry. Como is approximately 1 hour away, Lugano and the nearest highway intersection are 1 hour away, Milan city centre is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes away, and Saint Moritz is around 2 hours away. The nearest airport is Milan Malpensa, located 90 kilometers from the villa.

The minimum rental stay is 1 week, with Saturday as the changeover day. Check-in is available from 4pm to 7pm, and check-out is at 9am. Upon request and subject to owner approval, a late arrival between 7:00pm and 9:00pm is possible for an additional fee of 50 Euro.

A refundable security deposit of Euro 1,000.00 is collected by credit card upon arrival and returned upon departure, less any charges in the event of damage to the property.

Pets are welcome at no extra charge, subject to the signature of a pet waiver agreement.

Services not included in the rental price and payable locally include extra housekeeping at 20 Euro per hour per staff member, or 24 Euro per hour per staff member on Sundays and public holidays. Swimming pool heating outside the included period, specifically from January 1 to May 17 and from September 13 to December 31, is charged at 5 Euro per hour. In order to reach the minimum water temperature of 24 to 25 degrees Celsius, it is necessary to activate the heater 36 hours before guests' arrival in mild weather conditions, or 72 hours in advance during colder weather. Once the minimum temperature is reached, a minimum of 12 hours per day of heating is required to maintain it.
