Reliable Internet WiFi connectivity is available throughout the property, ensuring guests remain connected during their stay. A dedicated parking area to the rear of the villa comfortably accommodates up to 4 vehicles. Pool heating is included in the rental price from mid-May to mid-September, ensuring a comfortable water temperature during the warmer months.

Villa Meridiana is designed to offer a seamlessly comfortable and well-appointed experience across its 2 floors. The ground floor features a spacious and airy living area furnished with 4 sofas, a satellite TV, a DVD player, a stereo system, and a dedicated internet corner with WiFi. A fully equipped kitchen, a grand dining room seating 16 guests, and a playroom for children complete this level. The ground floor also includes 2 half-bathrooms and 1 fully accessible bathroom with a walk-in shower, suitable for guests with mobility requirements.

On the first floor, 5 air-conditioned double bedrooms are each appointed with an en-suite bathroom. Upon request and at an additional cost, 2 adjoining single rooms connected to 2 of the double bedrooms are available, though these rooms are not air-conditioned. One additional air-conditioned double bedroom with a shower bathroom and simple yet comfortable furnishings is also available upon request at an extra cost.

The standard rental includes a comprehensive range of services: a guest relations concierge available throughout the stay, a welcome drink and fresh flowers upon arrival, a buffet welcome dinner, daily cleaning service from Monday, daily change of towels except on Sundays, twice-weekly change of bed linen, final cleaning, bath products not tested on animals, and the normal use of water, electricity, air conditioning, heating, and cooking gas. Garden and pool maintenance are also included.

Pets are welcome at no extra charge, subject to the signing of a pet waiver agreement. A refundable security deposit of 1,000 Euro is collected by credit card upon arrival and returned upon departure, less any charges in the event of damage to the property.

Check-in is available from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and check-out is at 9:00 am. A late arrival between 7:00 pm and 9:00 pm is possible upon request and owner approval. The minimum rental period is 1 week, with Saturday as the changeover day. Extra housekeeping services are available at an additional cost. Swimming pool heating outside the included period, specifically from January 1 to May 17 and from September 13 to December 31, is available at an additional hourly rate. To reach the minimum water temperature of 24 to 25 degrees Celsius, the heater must be activated 36 hours before arrival in mild weather conditions, or 72 hours in advance during colder periods. Once the minimum temperature is reached, a minimum of 12 hours of heating per day is required to maintain it.
