This property is situated on the western side of Lake Maggiore in the beautiful park of “Lagoni di Mercurago”. From many points on the estate, especially from the large garden, it is possible to enjoy magnificent views of the lake and the medieval fortress of Angera on the opposite shore. Villa Adriana consists of a main circular section, containing a very large sitting room that was once a dance hall, and two wings with identical hallways leading to a large dining room and the bedroom area.
Upon arrival you will be greeted by the owner or manager where you’ll find a nice clean well-maintained property with views of the lake and the hills ideal for a peaceful vacation in Piedmont. For your enjoyment you will find a private pool where you can unwind while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a hectic day of sightseeing. Outdoors you will also find a patio and barbecue grill. If you enjoy cooking for family and friends there is a well-equipped kitchen including coffee machine, microwave, toaster and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to 12 people. If you prefer to dine 'al fresco', there is a fully furnished veranda where you can enjoy the weather while dining outdoors.

The Lake Suite cannot be rented independently to other guests if the main villa has already been booked. The minimum stay required is 7 nights, with Saturday as the designated changeover day. Check-in is available from 4pm to 7pm, and check-out is at 9am. A late arrival may be arranged upon request and subject to the approval of the owner. A refundable security deposit of 3,000 Euro is collected in cash upon arrival and returned at departure, less any applicable charges in the event of damage to the property. Electricity and air conditioning are metered and charged accordingly, and heating is available as an additional cost. A cleaning fee applies separately for the main villa and the Lake Suite. Every bedroom throughout the villa and the Lake Suite is equipped with air conditioning and a smart TV, ensuring individual comfort in each room. The included services cover housekeeping for 2 hours daily, bed linen changed every 3 nights, bath linen changed every 3 nights, pool towels changed as needed, and spa towels changed as needed. An additional security deposit of 1,000 euros is payable in cash by the client directly to staff upon arrival, along with a food extras deposit of 1,500 euros, also payable in cash directly to staff on arrival. All expenses must be settled in cash prior to departure.
The rental price includes gas, electricity, and air conditioning, ensuring year-round comfort throughout the villa. Daily cleaning is provided for 4 hours per day, seven days per week, and linen changes are carried out weekly with an additional mid-week change included. An advance shopping service and a standard shopping service are both included, along with porter assistance for all luggage on arrival and departure. Firewood for the fireplaces is also provided as part of the inclusive package.
Heating for the house and pool is available at an additional cost, with pool heating requiring a minimum of 2 to 3 days to reach the desired temperature. Additional cleaning staff hours and personal laundry services are available at an extra charge, as are additional linen changes beyond those included.
