Thyme is equipped with a comprehensive range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Air conditioning is available throughout the property, and the villa is also furnished with satellite television, an iPod docking station, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a safe for securing valuables. A minimum stay of 7 nights is required, and from 24 June to 1 September the changeover day is Saturday. Check-in time is from 17:00 to 21:00, while check-out must take place between 8:00 and 10:00. A late check-in after 21:00 and until 24:00 is subject to an additional fee to be paid on arrival. An early departure fee also applies. A security deposit of 500 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned at departure, less any charges incurred in the event of damages. The rental rates include gas, water, and electricity consumption up to 300 kWh per week, with any extra consumption to be settled on the spot at a rate per kWh. Also included are final cleaning, a weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, a midweek change of bath towels, a weekly cleaning of the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms lasting 2 hours, a welcome basket with breakfast items, and a cot.
