Check-in is available from 16:00 to 21:00, and check-out must take place between 8:00 and 10:00. A late check-in service is available for arrivals after 21:00 and until 24:00. A security deposit of 1,000 euros is required upon arrival, to be paid in cash, and will be returned upon departure, less any charges in the event of damages. The rental rates are inclusive of gas, water, electricity, final cleaning, a weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, a midweek change of bath towels, a midweek cleaning of the bedrooms and bathrooms lasting 3 hours, a welcome basket with breakfast items, and a baby cot. City tax is not included and is charged in accordance with local regulations at 1.50 euros per person per night, excluding children up to 12 years of age, for a maximum of 10 nights.
