The rental rates are inclusive of gas, water, electricity, air-conditioning and heating, final cleaning, weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, midweek change of bath towels, weekly cleaning of the bedrooms and bathrooms for 3 hours, a welcome basket with breakfast items, and a cot. A minimum stay of 5 nights applies, with the exception of 7 nights required from 20/06/26 to 29/08/26, with Saturday as the changeover day, and from 19/12/26 to 08/01/27. Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00, and check-out time is between 8:00 and 10:00. A late check-in after 21:00 and until 24:00 is available and must be paid on arrival. A security deposit of 500 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned on departure, less any applicable charges for damages. A tourist tax of 3.00 euros per person per night applies, excluding children up to 12 years of age, for a maximum of 6 nights, and is to be paid in cash on arrival. Pets are not admitted at this property.
