During the period from 20/06/26 to 29/08/26, a minimum stay of 7 nights applies, with arrivals on Saturdays only between 25/07/26 and 22/08/26. A 7-night minimum stay with flexible changeover also applies from 19/12/26 to 08/01/27. Check-in is available from 16:00 to 21:00, while check-out must take place between 8:00 and 10:00. A late check-in after 21:00 and until 24:00 is available and must be settled upon arrival. Early check-out is also available and must be settled accordingly. A security deposit of 500 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned at departure, less any deductions for damages. The rental rates include gas, water, electricity, final cleaning, weekly change of bed linens, a midweek change of bath towels, weekly cleaning of the bedrooms and bathrooms for 3 hours, and a welcome basket with breakfast items.
