Late arrivals between 21:00 and 24:00 are possible if arranged in advance and are subject to an additional charge payable in cash upon arrival. A security deposit of 500 euros is required upon arrival in cash and will be returned at departure, subject to any deductions for damages. The rental rates are inclusive of gas, water, and electricity consumption, as well as final cleaning, a weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, a mid-week change of bath towels, and a mid-week cleaning of the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms lasting 4 hours. A welcome basket containing breakfast items and a baby cot are also included in the rate. A tourist tax of 3.00 euros per person per night applies, excluding children up to 12 years of age, for a maximum of 6 nights, payable in cash upon arrival.
