Maid service is included 3 hours on Monday and Wednesday. Bed linens are changed on Saturday, and bath linens are changed on Wednesday and Saturday. Electricity and air conditioning are metered and charged according to consumption. Heating is also metered and charged separately. A utilities deposit of 500 Euro is required on arrival. The minimum stay is 7 nights, with Saturday as the changeover day. Check-in is from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and check-out is at 9:00 am.
