Villa Confini is a beautiful property just a few kilometers from the historic center of Noto defined as the "capital of the Baroque", whose historic center has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The Villa is located in a splendid position along the south-eastern coast of Sicily, just 20 meters from the sea.
The Villa is spread over two levels and consists of four double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower and splendid windows that offer a wonderful view of the Sicilian sea. The furnishings are minimal and designed to reflect the light and welcome the colors of the sea. Sea Art Villa is an exclusive waterfront property with private pool, located on the Maddalena peninsula in eastern Sicily, only a few kilometers from Ortigia’s old town.
The villa has been recently built and it is characterized by large, fine interiors with contemporary design furnishings.
Sea Art Villa develops on two floors, it consists of 4 bedrooms and can accommodate a total of 8 people.
