The villa is fully climate-controlled year-round with heat pumps installed in all rooms for heating and air conditioning units for cooling. Parking is provided privately inside the property grounds, ensuring secure and convenient vehicle storage. The property enforces a strict no-pets policy, so animals are not permitted. A security deposit of 2000€ must be paid in cash upon arrival.
