Additionally, there is an office with air conditioning and forced-air heating, and a double bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The ground floor also features a large kitchen equipped with a mini-oven, oven, dishwasher, gas stove with four gas rings, toaster, and microwave, as well as a dining table and a Scandinavian wood stove, with an exit to the garden. There is also a shower room with a bidet and WC on the ground floor.
