Villa Miriam operates with a check-in time from 16:00 to 21:00 and a check-out time between 8:00 and 10:00. A late check-in service is available after 21:00 until 24:00. A security deposit of 1,000 euros is required to be paid in cash upon arrival and will be returned on departure, less any applicable charges in the event of damages. The rental rates are inclusive of gas, water, electricity, and final cleaning. For bookings of a minimum of 7 nights, the following services are included: weekly change of bed linens, a midweek change of bath towels and pool towels, and a midweek cleaning of the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms lasting 3 hours. A welcome basket with breakfast items and a baby cot are also provided. The minimum stay requirement is 5 nights, extended to 7 nights during the periods from 20/06/26 to 28/08/26, with arrival day on Saturday between 18/07/26 and 22/08/26, and from 19/12/26 to 08/01/27. Please be aware that at the time of booking, the tourist tax of 1.50 euros per night per person is required to be paid separately, excluding children up to 12 years of age, for a maximum of 7 nights. Pets are not permitted at the property, and Villa Miriam is a strictly no-smoking residence.
