The farm is a fully operational agricultural estate producing high-quality wine, oil, pasta, cured meats, honey, and legumes, and is home to native breed animals including the Cinta Senese pig, the Maremmana cow, Apennine sheep, the Amiatino donkey, and a variety of courtyard animals.
