The balance is due 60 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 60 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 61 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 60 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Price Match
We had a great stay at Le querce. We were lucky enough to have the whole property for our self as none of the other apartments were booked during our stay. The property and the surroundings was exceeded our expectations! The owner was very kind and helpfull with local insigth of the area. Only two things I can think of that might need an upgrade. As I like to cook the kitchen could be better equipt, knifes etc. Also the madrass in the master bedroom was not very comfortable. Other then that everything was great and I can easily see us coming back another time. Thanks!
