The area immediately surrounding the house and swimming pool is partly paved with elegant marble pebbles and partly laid to lawn, while native shrubs, rose beds, oleanders, geraniums, winter jasmines, mulberry and strawberry trees, and aromatic herbs including lavender, thyme, rosemary, and sage create a richly layered and fragrant garden setting. In the sloping section of the property, a large orchard features olive trees alongside a variety of fruit trees including cherries, plums, pears, apples, nashi pears, persimmons, figs, sour cherries, and kiwis. The splendid panoramic portico, directly accessible from the kitchen via a French window, is the ideal spot for outdoor dining or relaxing in the shade, with the swimming pool just 5 metres away. A small pergola near the pool provides additional shade, while a private storage room nearby houses the technical compartment and tools pertaining to the property.
