A separate kitchen and living room is equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, and a freezer, and benefits from its own open-hearth fireplace as well as a further exit to the garden. A shower room with bidet and WC completes the ground floor facilities.

On the upper floor, you will find 4 bedrooms arranged across 2 double bedrooms and 2 additional rooms, each configured with 2 individual beds.
