An iron pergola covered with bamboo canes shelters the outdoor dining area, creating an inviting space for al fresco meals in any weather. The non-heated swimming pool is rectangular in shape, measuring 10 x 3 meters with a depth of 1.40 meters, and is finished in elegant dark gray porcelain stoneware. It features internal LED lighting, a salt purification system, and access steps for easy entry. The surrounding sunbathing area shares the same refined coating as the pool and is equipped with sun beds and a cold water shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. A non-exclusive parking area located in front of the main entrance accommodates up to 4 vehicles. Please be aware that photo shoots are typically carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns, and park may vary from those shown at the time of your arrival.

This elegant farmhouse is arranged across 2 levels connected by an internal staircase and is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. On the ground floor, the main entrance leads into a living room featuring an ornamental fireplace, while a secondary entrance opens onto a second living room equipped with a smart TV. The ground floor also comprises a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a closet, a service bathroom, a laundry area, and the spectacular veranda with a dedicated living area. The first floor, which is an attic level accessible via 2 flights of internal stairs, houses all 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom is a double room with a 1.40-meter wide bed, suitable for 2 children or for an adult and a child, and features an en suite bathroom with shower. The second and third bedrooms are both double rooms, each with their own en suite bathroom with shower. The fourth bedroom is a double room with a king size bed and an adjoining bathroom with shower. Please note that there are some steps to access the bedrooms and bathrooms on this floor.

The weekly rental rate includes utilities such as electricity, water, and gas for kitchen use and hot water, as well as weekly linen changes and initial and final cleaning. The rate also includes the Zer0Dep Guarantee, which means guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival. This guarantee provides EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage caused to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500.00 euros and subject to the restrictions provided. Pets are accepted at the property, but their presence must be previously authorized by the owner. Guests must communicate the number of animals, their size, and their breed prior to arrival.
