Check-out is by 10:00am. A refundable cash deposit of 400 Euros is required upon arrival and will be returned upon departure following a property inspection, provided no damage has occurred. Prices include taxes as well as bed and bath linens, with one set provided per person per week. Weekly cleaning is compulsory; for stays exceeding 7 days, an additional weekly cleaning and change of linens and towels is also compulsory.
