The wood-fired pizza oven on the terrace is available to be used with the villa chef only, which can be arranged on request. Air conditioning and central heating are both included in your rental, with the air conditioning units installed exclusively in the bedrooms. Check-in and check-out arrangements should be coordinated in advance, and please be aware that specific fees apply for late arrivals.
