The property is equipped with a central heating system as well as air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable indoor climate throughout the seasons. Heating is available exclusively from 15 October to 15 April and is to be paid on the spot during this period. Please be aware that garden and swimming pool maintenance takes place during the week.
