Villa Camporeale operates under clearly defined rental guidelines to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests. A minimum stay of 4 nights is required, with a minimum of 7 nights applicable from 18/07/26 to 22/08/26 with any arrival day, from 19/07 to 22/08 on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis, and from 19/12/26 to 08/01/27. Check-in is available from 16:00 to 21:00, and check-out must take place between 08:00 and 10:00. Late check-in after 21:00 and up to 24:00 is available upon request and subject to an additional charge. A refundable security deposit of 500.00 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned at departure, less any deductions in the event of damages. Pets are welcome upon prior request and are subject to a flat fee per stay. The rental price includes electricity, water, gas, and air conditioning, as well as final cleaning, bath towels and pool towels with a midweek change, bed linens with a weekly change, and a weekly cleaning service of the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms for approximately 3 hours. A welcome basket with breakfast items is also provided upon arrival. Tourist tax is set at 3.00 euros per person per night, excluding children up to 12 years of age, applicable for a maximum of 5 nights and payable in cash upon arrival.
