A security deposit is required and will be returned on the day of departure provided no damage has been done to the property. Electricity is included up to a maximum consumption per week of 300 kilowatts, with extra kilowatts to be paid on the premises according to consumption. The tourist tax applies from 1st April until 31st October, with children under the age of 18 exempt from this charge.
