Kalimba operates under a minimum stay requirement of 7 nights, with a flexible changeover day. Please note that from 04/07/26 to 29/08/26, arrivals are scheduled on Saturdays. Check-in is available from 17:00 to 21:00, and check-out must take place between 8:00 and 10:00. A late check-in service is available after 21:00 until 24:00, subject to prior agreement. An early departure fee is also applicable. A security deposit of 200 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned at departure, less any applicable charges in the event of damages. The rental rates include gas, water, and electricity consumption up to 200 kWh, with an additional charge per kWh applied for consumption exceeding this threshold. Also included in the rates are final cleaning, a weekly change of bed linens, bath and beach towels, a weekly tidying-up of the bedrooms and bathrooms of 1 hour, a cot, and a welcome basket featuring local items. A tourist tax of 3.00 euros per person per night applies, excluding children up to 12 years of age, for a maximum of 6 nights, payable in cash upon arrival. Additional services are available on request, including a change of linen per person, a private cook with food and beverages at additional cost, and maid service charged per hour with a minimum of 2 hours.
