Villa Bruna is fully air-conditioned throughout and is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, safe, and a welcome basket containing breakfast items upon arrival. A baby cot is also available for families travelling with young children. The rental rates are inclusive of gas, water, electricity, final cleaning, a weekly change of bed linens, a midweek change of bath towels and pool towels, and a midweek cleaning of the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms lasting 3 hours. A security deposit of 500 euros is required and must be paid in cash upon arrival, to be returned at departure less any applicable charges for damages. The minimum stay is 7 nights, with a flexible changeover day except from 26 June to 30 August, during which changeover is on Saturday. Check-in is available from 16:00 to 21:00, while checkout must take place between 8:00 and 10:00. Late check-in after 21:00 and until 24:00 is possible if agreed in advance. City tax is not included in the rates and is applied in accordance with local regulations. Pets are not permitted at the property. An emergency contact number will be provided at check-in, and the team is available to assist guests in arranging a variety of activities including excursions, boat tours, and cooking experiences.
