Upon arrival you will be welcomed by the owner or manager where you’ll find a nice clean well-maintained property with views of the hills perfect for a peaceful vacation in Umbria. For your pleasure you will find a private pool where you can relax while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a busy day of visiting museums. Also available outside are a barbecue grill and hot tub. There is a kitchen including microwave, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to 27 people.

A private swimming pool measuring 5 x 10 metres, with a depth ranging from 120 to 150 cm, is available seasonally from 1 May to 15 October, providing a refreshing amenity during the warmer months.
