Casa Rosada is situated in the countryside of the southern Valdichiana, just a stone's throw from Lucignano, a characteristic medieval village that still retains its original elliptical walls. Casa Clementina is a newly built villa situated in the small village of Santa Maria just outside the characteristic town of Lucignano.
