The 3rd upper floor is accessible via a steep staircase and presents an open room with characterful sloping ceilings and a rooflight. This space accommodates 2 beds of 80 cm each and is served by a private en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, bidet, and WC.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
