The upper floor is a mezzanine level reached by 6 steps and contains an additional double bedroom. Continuing to the 2nd upper floor, you will find 2 further bedrooms: one room with 2 beds and a private bathroom with a shower, bidet, and WC, and another room configured with 1 single bed and 1 double bed, also served by a bathroom with a shower, bidet, and WC.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Wir waren im September dort. Wir hatten traumhaftes Wetter und die Villa Buche ist wunderschön gelegen. Wir sind sehr nett aufgenommen worden, alle Hunde haben sich sehr gut vertragen, der Wein und das Olivenöl ist sehr lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Es war alles sehr schön - einziges Manko war der Sandweg der vom Regen sehr ausgewaschen ist und mit einem Auto unangenehm zu fahren ist. Deshalb ein Stern Abzug
