The property was renovated in 2019 using eco-sustainable materials and aimed at greater energy efficiency (thermal and photovoltaic panels). Each Apartment has a floor-mounted cooling system (this is not air conditioning) which in summer can bring the indoor temperature down to 25 degrees celsius.
Each Apartment offers in the garden a private and equipped outdoor area (a gazebo for each unit).
The owners live in a section of the property and occasionally use the pool.

When you arrive you’ll find a lovely clean well-maintained property with views of the hills ideal for a peaceful vacation in Tuscany. After a hectic day of shopping, spend some time with friends and family poolside enjoying a glass of wine - a perfect way to relax at the end the day.
