The weekly rental price includes consumption of gas, water, towels, bed linen, and electricity up to 200 kW; any consumption exceeding 200 kW will be charged additionally at a rate of 0.50 per kW. A final cleaning fee of 150 euros is to be paid on site, along with a refundable security deposit of 500 euros. A tourist tax of 2.50 euros per person per night is applicable and must be paid on site in accordance with local regulations. A high chair and a cot are available upon prior request, each subject to an additional fee payable on site. Please be aware that a late check-in fee applies for arrivals after 9 pm, and this amount must be settled directly on site.
