A security deposit is required and must be paid in cash upon arrival. Animals are not allowed at the property. Tourist tax may apply if mandated by the municipality. The villa provides heating through heat pumps installed in all rooms, ensuring comfort during cooler seasons. Welcome amenities include a breakfast basket provided upon arrival. An extra bed is available for supplementary sleeping arrangements.
