Late arrivals between 21:00 and 24:00 are possible only if agreed in advance and are subject to an additional charge payable on site upon arrival. A minimum stay of 7 nights is required, with a flexible changeover day, except during the period from 25 July to 21 August, when changeover is on Saturday only. Pets are not permitted at the property. A refundable damage deposit of 300 euros is payable on site. At the time of booking, guests are required to pay separately a tourist tax of 2.00 euros per person per night, excluding children up to 12 years of age, applicable for a maximum of 7 nights. The property is equipped with 3 heat pumps for heating and 3 air conditioning units, with electricity usage above 150 Kwh per week charged at 0.40 euros per Kwh.
