The Agriturismo Bevignano, at the centre of a thriving farm with 70 hectares of woodland and 1,200 silver olive trees, has ancient origins. They date back to 1600 when there was a monastery here, and you can still admire an ancient little church inside the property. This ancient village, located on the border between the provinces of Arezzo and Siena, nestled in the wooded hills north of Monte San Savino, still retains its architectural features that make it a place full of charm and history. Villa Molinazzo operates with a check-in time from 15:00 and a check-out time by 10:00. Pets are welcome upon request. A fully refundable cash security deposit of 1,000 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned at the time of departure, less any charges in the event of damages. Should house rules not be observed, penalties may be applied according to the specific circumstances.
The rental price includes daily cleaning for 4 hours, Monday to Saturday, with Sundays and public holidays excluded, as well as gardener and pool maintenance services. Pool towels are provided, and bath towels are changed on Wednesdays. Internet WiFi is included and unlimited throughout the stay.
