- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Price Match
Leuke vakantiewoning in zeer landelijke omgeving. Het huis is eenvoudig maar zeer compleet. In de regio is zeer veel te leven (Lago Bolsena en Orvieto liggen op ca. 15 km afstand) . Voor fietsers en wandelaars een prachtige locatie; wij hebben enorm genoten.
Maar let op: de vakantiewoning is eigenlijk een vierde deel (appartement) van een boerderij die je met nog 3 andere families/gebruikers deelt. Toen wij er waren was er niemand maar anders zit je dicht op elkaar en heb je weinig privacy.
Het zwembad deel je niet alleen met de bewoners van de andere delen van de boerderij maar ook nog met de gebruikers van 2 andere vakantiewoningen, dat maakt het een beetje (te) vol.
En tot slot is de weg naar de vakantiewoning onverhard en erg slecht.
