- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Very nice location to visit the south of Tuscany, close to the main places to visit.
The flat was very clean and the surroundings are peaceful. Sometimes, depending on the wind, a smell of sulfur is bothering.
A bigger sofa would have been appreciated (especially as it is a 4 people flat)Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes
