Other Information
Villa Paprika operates with a minimum stay of 7 nights, with a flexible changeover day to accommodate guests' travel schedules. Check-in is available from 16:00 to 21:00, and a late check-in service is offered for arrivals after 21:00 and until 24:00. Check-out must take place between 8:00 and 10:00, and an early departure option is also available. A security deposit of 500 euros is required upon arrival, to be paid in cash, and will be returned upon departure, less any applicable charges in the event of damages. The rental rates are inclusive of gas, water, and electricity consumption up to 300 kWh per week, with any exceeding consumption to be settled on site at a rate of 0.50 euros per kWh. Also included in the rates are a weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, a midweek change of bath towels, midweek cleaning of the bedrooms and bathrooms for 3 hours, a welcome basket filled with local products, and a baby cot. A tourist tax of 2.00 euros per person per night applies, excluding minors up to 12 years of age, for a maximum of 7 nights, and must be paid in cash upon arrival. Please note that pets are not permitted at the property.
