Heating is metered and billed according to consumption. Final cleaning is included in the rental price. A refundable security deposit of 300,00 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned before departure, less any charge in case of damage. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 9:30. Late check-in after 6:00 PM until 11:00 PM is available upon request, and check-in later than 11:00 PM must be organized in advance and may require additional fees. A tourist tax of 8,00 euros per person per night applies for the first 4 nights, with children under 12 years of age exempt. The well-appointed villa has been authentically restored and is surrounded by olive groves, making it perfect for 5 to 6 couples or extended families. Internet Wifi connectivity ensures you stay connected throughout your stay, while convenient parking facilities are provided on the property. The building dates back approximately one thousand years to the Medieval period and was totally restored in 2006, having originally served as a small monastery before evolving into a country house some centuries later. As a member of the Experience Villas Collection, Casa Mattei offers its guests a fun and very Italian experience through a Pizza Cooking Class with a professional Pizzaiolo.
