Distances: Mercatale di Cortona with all kinds of shops 1 km, the renowned medieval town Cortona 20 km, Lake Trasimeno with equipped beaches 12 km, Perugia 45 km. Assisi, Siena and Florence are easily reachable.
At guests' disposal: large equipped private garden, swimming-pool (6,60 x 4,10 m - maximum depth 1,40 m - open from 01/05 to 30/09), barbecue and gazebo. Parking within the grounds.
Extra services: by arrangement it is possible to hire a cot € 30,- / per week, to be paid on the spot.

Very spacious and comfortable country house, dating from 17th century. Tastefully restored and retaining lots of character. Excellent setting on hillside, peaceful, with total privacy and beautiful vistas along valley. Large, well cared for garden, with private pool and plenty of shade, Owners very welcoming and helpful. Cortona is 30 mins drive. Lake Trasimeno 30 mins in opposite direction - both worth visiting. Excellent location to relax with the family.

The house and the surroundings were perfect! The owners are very friendly and hospitable and helped us with everything we needed. The house was spotless, and the pool area also very clean. There a very good cooking facilities.
