Broccolo, San Leonardo, Tuscany
Sleeps up to 7
4 bedrooms
4 bathrooms
A pretty stone villa in Tuscany, not far from Lucca, with a private pool, lots of traditional touches, and endless character
“We had a brilliant stay in August 2025, with our three young kids (8, 6 and 4 years old). The house is beautiful, quiet, clean, well equipped and very nicely located 12 minute drive outside of Lucca. The pool is 1.2 metres deep at its shallowest - and is just lovely. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms but the rest of the house was a nice temperature despite it being 32-35 degrees during the day when we stayed.
Giovanni was there when we arrived and was available on WhatsApp should we have needed anything.
Would highly recommend.”

Sleeps up to 2
1 bedroom
1 bathroom
A sweet little apartment, decorated with care, located right in the historic centre of the city of Cortona
“Loved living within the walls of this hilltop town in an apartment under the timbered ceiling of yesteryear. This unit isn't for people with mobility issues as there are steps between rooms and into the bathroom, but if you can live with the quirkiness of that, you'll enjoy the space and the views it provides.”

Boasting spacious grounds with amazing amenities and gorgeous views, this large villa in Tuscany is ideal for a group getaway
“Perfect location in every way. Extensive grounds at our disposal, where everyone could do what they wanted. Private swimming pool, private forest for walking, private tennis court. Large wood-fired oven for making your own pizzas. The tables are fitted with marble slabs so you can roll out your own pizzas. Extremely spacious area where large groups of people can holiday together. Shops not far from the complex.
Very attentive host who even arranged a solution in the village when one of the cars broke down. It was just perfect and we had a wonderful, carefree holiday with the whole family.”
