Property Description

Beautiful modern property composed by 40 units (30 apartments and 10 villas) situated at 460 meters above sea level in the heart of Maremma, one of the most beautiful and charming areas in Tuscany rich in Etruscans and Romans finds. This large property is settled around the millenary parish church of Santa Maria dell’Aquila and is surrounded by large green areas and woods which offer an ideal terrain for beautiful walks.
Within the grounds there are natural springs of thermal water at 37°C already used in the past by the Etruscans and Romans for aesthetic and physical treatments (vascular, rheumatic and dermatological pathologies).
Distances: Sorano with all kinds of shops 3 km away, the beautiful village Pitigliano 6,5 km, Orvieto 53 km, Lake Bolsena 20 km away, Argentario 40 km, Rome and Florence approx. 150 km away. The Tuscan coastline area with beautiful beaches is in a 1-hour drive. One of the largest Etruscan sites in Europe with over 280 caves is only 5 km away.
At guests’ disposal: large green areas, personal outdoor area for all of the units, swimming-pool (200 m2 – open from 01/05 to 30/09), thermal swimming-pool (350 m2) on two levels with natural hydromassage and children area (open all year round), tennis court, playgrounds for children, bar, conference hall, wellness centre. All of the apartments provide hairdryer and WI-FI internet (€ 10,- / per week to be paid on the spot).

Restaurant available upon reservation. Upon request following services are available: massages, gym classes, ceramic, painting and cooking classes, guided tours of the surrounded archeological sites and of the town Orvieto, horse-back riding, mountain bike excursions, tasting of local products.
Small pets are allowed by paying an extra charge of € 25,- (to be paid locally).
