A generously sized yard surrounds the villa, rich in native vegetation and thoughtfully landscaped outdoor spaces. Outdoors

The outdoor spaces of Villa Giulia are as captivating as the interiors, designed to make the most of the extraordinary natural setting. The fenced park, covering approximately 700 square meters, is rich in Mediterranean vegetation including bay hedges, oleanders, brooms, olive trees, aromatic plants, and fruit trees, all framing the villa in a lush and intimate atmosphere. On the opposite side of the main entrance, a dedicated outdoor living area features 2 shaded dining spaces, one of which is positioned directly beside the barbecue, perfect for alfresco meals. A terrace furnished with sofas overlooks the lake, offering an unrivaled vantage point to enjoy the scenery at any hour of the day. The swimming pool, situated at a level below the house and accessed via a dedicated staircase, is a non-heated rectangular pool measuring 10 x 3.30 meters with a constant depth of 1.50 meters. The water is purified using a chlorine system, and the pool is equipped with a whirlpool feature, a counter-current swimming system, and internal access steps. Surrounding the pool, a solarium area of approximately 140 square meters is paved with composite decking and furnished with sun loungers, small tables, sofas, and 2 umbrellas. A cold shower is also available in this area. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Please be aware that photo shoots are typically carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens and park may appear different upon arrival depending on the season.

This floor also includes a comfortable living area furnished with a sofa and television, a treadmill, and direct access to the outside, as well as a dedicated laundry room.

Weekly linen is also included, along with initial and final cleaning.
