There is also an exit leading to the terrace from this room. Additionally, there is one double bedroom on the main level and a small, open kitchen equipped with four gas rings. The upper floor features another double bedroom with electric heating and air conditioning, as well as an exit to the balcony. The property also has two shower/WC facilities, one on each level.
