It takes place on May 1st every year and thousands gather, dressed up in traditional costumes to parade through the streets of the city to celebrate their beloved saint. Enjoy the sound of lively music, people laughing and taste some of the fantastic food that’s lovingly prepared for a public feast!
The Cagliari Fair takes place in early May also where visitors can stroll around some quaint artisan markets and sample some of the regions food and wine delicacies. The Carnival takes place over the summer months and would be a fantastic colourful event to witness.
