The main villa has 6 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, accommodating 12 people.
It has elegant and modern furnishing and stylish decor.
Ground floor: 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
First floor: a very spacious kitchen + living room with dining table and chairs, sofa. Direct access to garden and to the large terrace, which has electrically controlled sunroof, lounge furniture and grill. On the first floor, there is a large bathroom with a double shower.
Second floor: 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet; 1 double bedroom. This room has another terrace with sea view and sun loungers.
The neighboring house can be accessed from the garden.
It's a small wooden annex, with equipped kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor.

Please note that the small annex hosts 4 people maximum, and it's not suitable for small children or elderly people, because there is a steep staircase to the mezzanine bedrooms. The ceiling of the ground floor is approximately 1,9 m and the ceiling of the bedrooms is 1/1.2 m.
Outside of the annex, there is a patio for "al fresco" dining, with grill, table, chairs, couch.

The surrounding estate spans 100 hectares and includes olive groves, cultivated fields and woodland, and the property is subject to external video surveillance. Waste disposal at the property follows door-to-door collection regulations, and guests are kindly asked to comply with local guidelines during their stay. Pets are welcome at the property, subject to an additional cleaning fee per animal. The pool is open seasonally from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October, and night swimming is not permitted.
