The villa features heating through heat pumps installed in all rooms for year-round comfort. A tourist tax may be required upon arrival according to the regulations of the host municipality. An on-site housekeeper resides discreetly on the lower floor and provides daily room and bathroom rearrangement for 2 hours. Your stay includes a welcome basket with breakfast products and a welcome drink upon arrival. Bath linen, kitchen linen, and bed linen are provided with midweek changes, and pool towels are supplied with weekly changes. Water consumption and kitchen gas consumption are included in your rental. Electricity is included up to 500 kWh per week. Wood for the fireplace is not included in the rental.
