The swimming pool, which is non-heated, is positioned at the rear of the villa and can be accessed either by descending a few steps from the veranda or by following the wide gravel path that runs along the side of the property. Rectangular in shape and measuring 14 x 7 meters, the pool reaches a depth ranging from 1.30 to 3 meters. It is lined with white PVC and features a wood-effect stoneware border, chlorine treatment, a Roman-style entry staircase, and both internal and external lighting. The sunbathing area surrounding the pool is partly paved and partly lawn, furnished with loungers and small tables for relaxed afternoons in the sun. A wooden porch positioned in front of the pool serves as a convivial outdoor hub, housing a dining area alongside a relaxation space complete with sofas and armchairs. Adjacent to this area, a changing room with a full bathroom and 2 hot-water showers ensures maximum comfort for swimmers. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. It is worth noting that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the flowering and color of the garden's grass may differ from what you observe upon arrival.

The fourth double bedroom on this floor is furnished with a king-size bed, a private balcony, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with shower. On the second floor, a further double bedroom is accompanied by an en-suite bathroom with shower. The basement level features a taverna-style space with a fitness area equipped with gym equipment, as well as a games area with billiards and table football. Additionally, available on request for an extra fee, an event room on the ground floor offers a large hall with a dining area, a kitchenette, and a guest bathroom, suitable for private events or celebrations.

The rental rate includes utilities covering electricity, water, and gas for cooking and hot water, as well as weekly linen changes along with initial and final cleaning. The rate also includes the Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning you do not pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival.
