Outdoors

The outdoor spaces of Villa Casanostra are thoughtfully designed to encourage relaxation and convivial living in harmony with the natural surroundings. A large gazebo equipped with a table and chairs provides an ideal setting for outdoor lunches and dinners in the shade, while the patio in front of the house serves as the perfect gathering spot for summer barbecues with family and friends. The non-heated swimming pool, situated approximately 10 metres from the villa, is rectangular in shape and measures 8 by 4 metres, with a constant depth of 1.30 metres. Lined in PVC, it features chlorine purification and both internal and external lighting. The pool is available to guests from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Surrounding the pool, a terracotta-paved sunbathing area is equipped with sunbeds, deck chairs, and an umbrella, as well as a cosy gazebo with table and chairs and a solar shower. A charming pool area, partially screened from the main house and surrounded by Mediterranean scrub, offers a secluded corner of complete relaxation. Please note that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ at the time of your arrival.

Unit Layout

Villa Casanostra is configured across 3 floors and accommodates a maximum of 12 guests across 6 bedrooms, each served by its own en-suite bathroom, for a total of 6 bathrooms. The main entrance on the ground floor opens into a small hallway leading to a generous living area comprising a large dining room, a sitting room with fireplace, a billiard room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a guest bathroom. An internal stone staircase connects the ground floor to the first floor, where a sitting room and 4 double bedrooms are arranged, each with an en-suite bathroom with shower. The staircase continues to the second floor, which features a comfortable open-plan area from which access is provided, on either side, to a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a whirlpool tub, and to a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

The acceptance of pets at the property must be previously authorised by the owner, who requires advance communication of the number of animals, their size, and breed. Only small-sized pets are permitted. Guests benefit from the Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning no security deposit is required either on balance or upon arrival. This guarantee includes EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500 euros and subject to the limitations provided by the policy.
